An excellent way to quiet the road-crazed masses in the back of your vehicle…tell them, “I’m blogging this.” This is an instant cure for the insanity.
When someone in the back of the vehicle says these magic words: “I’m telling mom & dad,” I really, really don’t want to know about it.
When someone in the back of the vehicle utters these words: “What’s that smell?”…the proper response is to open four windows immediately.
Is anyone else noticing that all the chaos happens in the back of my vehicle??

30 days of thanks…
I missed this in my very quick blog post from Friday, so today I am posting my gratitude for yesterday…for a journey through beautiful fall weather with a car-full of crazy people I love...for all the laughter on the way…for a safe arrival for all at the casa T…for time to spend with dear friends…& for the giant pot of Mrs. T.'s homemade soup to warm our hearts & souls!
And today…gratitude for each of my children... for their passionate embrace of life, for the infectious joy each one of them exudes, for the opportunity to see them becoming amazing young men & women.

Travel…
After a fantastic evening & after relaxing morning with the best of friends here in SC, we are on the last short leg of our journey to Atlanta. Little Man, up since 5 am, is scheduled for his Weather Channel visit mid afternoon. We hope to have photos from the journey up later tonight or tomorrow...
