...and for me this week that is certainly true! i am forever looking for ways to get there, begging God, "Please let me go just one more time." well, thanks to Father B. and his language teacher K., i am going back.
Little Man & i are spending 2 weeks in the Eternal City with a hopeful jaunt to Firenze on the side, and wherever else the path may lead. my goal is, of course, language study with a steeping in the culture. we have rented an apartment near our favorite haunts...photos and updates to follow as we progress on the journey (& find an internet cafe!).
Stay tuned! And would you say a prayer for this "chicken flyer"? As much as i LOVE to go, that flying over "the pond" thing is overwhelming (especially without D.'s "pilot wisdom"!)...
